Those students who have deposited the fee/amount to avail hostel facility at UET Jalozai Campus for the session 2022-23 using the Jalozai campus web portal after due date, i.e., September 19, 2022, should refer to the allotment date in Table below. Allotment will start at 9:00 AM on the mentioned dates and will close at 4:00 PM.

Students are advised to strictly follow the instructions provided in the guidebook of online hostel allotment.
Moreover, kindly deposit the amount only in jalozai hostel account. Account No. 287595398, UBL Uni. Campus Peshawar Branch (1486) and keep the original computer based receipt for record.
It should also be noted that students will have to deposit a late fee (200 Rs. Per day upto a maximum of 1800 Rs.) with hostel fee after the mentioned allotment dates.
This is for the information of all existing students of Jalozai campus that University of Engineering and Technology, Jalozai Campus will carry out hostel allotment using online system. It will have two phases.
1. In the initial phase, a detailed guide including hostel allotment procedure will be shared with the students of Jalozai Campus. Students will be asked to deposit hostel fee within due time period. However, only those students will be able to process hostel allotment and fee submission who have already cleared their existing hostel dues. Therefore, students with outstanding dues will not be able to find their information in the online system. However, during the fee submission period, if students clear their dues, their information will be updated in the system on hourly basis and they may be able to generate their hostel fees lip for the coming session 2022-23. Afterwards, they will be able to participate in hostel allotment.
2. In the second phase, after fee deposit, students will be able to do online hostel allotment within a period of scheduled time. Detailed guide will be shared with students which will help them to get hostel accommodation.
